摘要
鉴于跨欧大陆乃至世界铁路各国采用EN 12663《铁路应用铁道车辆车体结构要求》标准的广泛性,文章总结了EN 12663标准的发展演变历程,阐述了EN 12663在欧洲铁路标准体系中的地位,对比分析了EN 12663各标准在载荷工况、强度评定、冲击试验等方面的引用差异,提出了我国铁路采用EN 12663标准应关注的问题及建议。
In view of the wide application of EN12663 Railway Applications-Structural Requirements of Railway Vehide Bodies in the European mainland and countries in the world,the development and evolution history of the EN 12663 standard is summarized in the paper,the position of EN 12663 in the standard system of European Railway is expounded,the differences of the standards of EN12663 in such aspects as load cases,strength evaluation and impact test are compared and analyzed,points for attention and suggestions in application of EN 12663 in China Railway are given out.
