摘要
在甘肃南部白龙江河谷区域,以10年生油橄榄品种‘莱星’、‘佛奥’、‘鄂植8号’、‘城固32’为试材,花期(5月)分别采集孕育花芽叶片,孕育叶芽叶片及花序轴,借助高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其赤霉素(Gibberellin A3,GA3)、玉米核苷素(Trans-Zeatin-riboside,ZRs)、脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)和生长素(Indol-3-ylacetic acid,IAA),并在花期统计雄花分化比例,收获季节统计单株产量.4个品种中‘鄂植8号’和‘城固32’表现出典型的雄全同株现象,‘莱星’和‘佛奥’极少或没有分化雄花,连续2年的雄花比例分别为:‘城固32’(37.5%±18.91%,31.74%±13.24%)、鄂植8号(18.73%±8.74%,21.31%±6.66%)、‘莱星’和‘佛奥’均无雄花分化.花期内源激素含量测定显示,除了GA3没有检出,其他3大类激素花序轴中的含量都高于叶片含量.花序轴上分化出一定比例雄花的品种‘鄂植8号’和‘城固32’在3个采样部位都表现出较高的IAA和ZR水平,较低的ABA水平,花序轴中高的ZR/IAA和ZR/ABA值促进雄花分化.测产结果显示,具有雄全同株现象的品种‘城固32’和‘鄂植8号’表现得更加稳产.
In the area of Bailongjiang Valley in southern Gansu,10 year old olive variety ‘Laixing',‘Fu'ao',‘Ezhi 8'and‘Chenggu 32'were taken as test materials. In flowering period( May),flower bud leaves,leaf bud and inflorescence axis were collected,respectively. High performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) was used to determine GA3,ZR,ABA and IAA. The percentage of male flower differentiation and the yield per plant were collected during the flowering season. Among the 4 varieties,‘Ezhi 8'and‘Chenggu 32'showed a typical male complete monoecious phenomenon. ‘Laixing'and‘Fu'ao'have little or no differentiation of male flowers. The proportion of male flowers for 2 years was: 'Chenggu 32'( 37.5% ±18.91%,31.74% ±13.24%),‘Ezhi 8'( 18.73%±8.74%,21.31%±6.66%),'Laixing' and‘Fu'ao'no male flower differentiation. The content of endogenous hormones in flowering period showed that except for GA3,the contents of other 3 kinds of hormones in inflorescence axes were higher than those in leaves. A certain proportion of male flowers on the inflorescence axis ‘Ezhi 8' and 'Chenggu 32' showed higher levels of IAA and ZR in 3 sampling sites,and lower ABA levels. The high ZR/IAA and ZR/ABA values in the inflorescence axis promoted male flower differentiation. The yield test showed that the‘Chenggu 32'and‘Ezhi 8'which had the phenomenon of male complete plant were more stable.
