多b值DWI在椎间盘退行性病变中的应用价值

摘要 目的:采用穿刺模型模拟椎间盘退行性病变,探讨双指数模型多b值DWI在椎间盘退变性病变中的应用价值。方法:选取18只雌性大鼠,每组3只,分为正常对照组及针刺3h、48h、3d、7d、10d共6组,针刺C_6/C_7或C_7/C_8尾椎椎间盘,采集其多b值DWI数据。对获取的数据行Mann-Whitney U检验。结果:与正常对照组对比,针刺48h、3d、7d、10d组的ADC_(standard)、ADC_(slow)、DDC值差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);与针刺3h组对比,针刺48h、3d、7d组的ADC_(standard)、ADC_(slow)、DDC值差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);余不同针刺时间点各定量指标间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论:ADC_(standard)、ADC_(slow)、DDC值等定量指标对反映椎间盘退行性病变的水分子扩散等特性有重要价值,且与病理过程有一定的相关性。 Objective:Taking apuncture model of inter-vertebral disc degenerative lesion,to study the application of multi-b value DWI with bi-exponential model in the disease.Methods:Eighteen female rats were chosen and evenly divided into six groups,including normal controls,groups of 3 h,48 h,3 d,7 dand 10 dafter puncture.The intervertebral disc of C6/C7 or C7/C8 was taken as the puncture point.Data of multi-b value DWI were collected and underwent Mann-Whitney U test anlysis.Results:Compared with the normal controls,there were significant statistic difference in groups of 48 h,3 d,7 d and 10 dafter puncture in ADCstandard,ADCslow and DDC(all P〈0.05).Compared with the group of 3 h after puncture,groups of 48 h,3 dand 7 dafter puncture showed statistical differences in ADCstandard,ADCslowand DDC(all P〈0.05).No statistically significant difference was existed between the quantitative indexes of different puncture points(all P〉0.05).Conclusions:ADCstandard,ADCslow,DDC value and other quantitative indicators have important value in reflecting the characteristics of water molecule diffusion of degenerative lesions of intervertebral disc,and have certain correlation with the pathological process.
