摘要
车牌识别技术是一项涉及计算机技术、视觉技术、模式识别、图像处理、物联网等学科的综合技术。文章通过对车辆主要特征信息的采集、处理,达到验证车辆身份以及进一步处理的目的。该技术是智能交通管理系统中的核心部分,在停车管理收费系统、区间测速系统及公共安全管理等方面有广泛的应用。
License plate recognition technology is a comprehensive technology involving computer technology, visual technology, pattern recognition, image processing, Internet of Things and so on. This paper by collecting and processingof main characteristics of vehicles to achieve the purpose of vehicle identification and further processing. This technology is the core part of the intelligent traffic management system. It has been widely used in parking charge system, interval speed measurement system and public safety management.
