民办高校中层管理者职业枯竭成因及对策研究

摘要 中层管理者在民办高校中扮演着很关键的角色,是决策层与执行层的沟通桥梁,决定着民办高校的持续发展。中层管理者的职业枯竭会对民办高校的发展产生严重的影响,文章通过分析研究民办高校中层管理者职业枯竭的成因,并针对成因结合前人的理论提出具体解决措施。 Middle managers are playing highly critical roles in private colleges and universities, the middle-level administrators act as the bridge of communication between decision level and execution level, which determine thesustainable development of private colleges and universities. The profession exhaustion of middle-level administrators will exert enormous influence on the development of private colleges and universities. By analyzing and studying thecauses of middle-level administrators' profession exhaustion in private colleges and universities, this paper has put forward specific tackling measures on the basis of previous theory.
