卓越医师背景下外科学临床实践教学的探索

Exploring the clinical practice in teaching surgery in the context of “excellent physicians”

为响应国家卓越医师人才培养计划,提升中国高等医学教育质量,文章针对外科学临床实践教学过程中发现的问题积极探索,并提出相应的解决措施。通过完善各种教学制度和实践教学计划,提高临床带教老师的教学质量和医学生的医学素养,为培养卓越医师而奠定坚实的基础。

In response to a national ＂ excellent physicians＂ talent training plan,and improve the quality of higher medical education in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems in clinical practice of surgery,and puts forward some corresponding solutions. It proved that the teaching quality was improved and medical literacy of medical students was enhanced,which laid a solid foundation for training ＂excellent physicians＂.
