摘要
通过熔融挤出浸渍方法,制备了30%纤维含量的长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料(PP-LGF30),研究了在不同注塑工艺条件下,PP-LGF30复合材料的力学性能变化规律,纤维保留长度,以及制品外观状态。结果表明,提高注塑温度,增大射咀口径,降低储料与射胶过程的速度与压力,可使PP-LGF30复合材料的拉伸强度与缺口冲击强度提高;增大射咀口径可提高纤维在制品中的保留长度;提高注塑温度,增大射胶速度与压力,可降低纤维外漏程度,改善制品的外观状态。
Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene with 30%fiber content(PP-LGF30) was prepared by melt extrusion impregnation method.The change law of mechanical properties of PP-LGF30 composites,the length of fiber retention,and the appearance state of the products under different injection molding conditions were studied.The results show that,increasing the injection temperature and the caliber of the nozzle and decreasing the speed and pressure of storage and gelatinization process can make the tensile strength and notched impact strength of PP-LGF30 composites improve.Increasing the nozzle diameter can improve the retention length of fiber in product.Increasing the injection temperature and the injection speed and pressure can reduce the degree of fiber leakage and improve the appearance of the products.
