丁香油酚改性环磷腈对氢氧化镁阻燃EPDM性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成了丁香油酚改性的环磷腈衍生物(Eu HCTP),并通过傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振光谱等测试方法对合成的Eu HCTP进行了成分分析与结构表征,研究了其对三元乙丙橡胶/氢氧化镁(EPDM/MH)复合材料的阻燃和力学性能的影响。应用氧指数测定仪、热重分析仪和万能材料试验机对EPDM/MH的性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,Eu HCTP能够提高复合材料的热稳定性、阻燃性能和韧性。当添加6%的Eu HCTP时,复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)为29.5%,达到难燃级别,其断裂伸长率提高至713%,但其拉伸强度降低。 In this paper,the eugenol modified cyclophosphazene(Eu HCTP) was synthesized,and the composition and structure of Eu HCTP were analyzed and characterized by FT-IR,NMR and other methods.At the same time,the effects of flame retardant and mechanical properties on the ethylene propylene diene terpolymer(EPDM)/magnesium hydroxide(MH) composites were studied.The properties of EPDM/MH composites were tested by oxygen index tester,TGA and universal materials tester.The experimental results show that the limiting oxygen index(LOI),thermal stability and toughness of the composites can be improved by Eu HCTP.When 6% Eu HCTP is added,the LOI of EPDM/MH composites value is 29.5%,achieving a nonflammable rating;and the elongation at break of composites is increased to 713%,however the tensile strength is decreased.
