摘要
文章在总结当前滚动直线导轨副寿命及失效演变研究的现状及不足的基础上,制定并开展了基于全周期分段步加策略的小子样滚动直线导轨副加速失效演变试验;记录并分析了整个试验周期中的可靠性故障现象,滚动接触疲劳失效过程中的噪声、失效样件表面形貌以及残余应力的演变情况;验证了该试验方法的可行性与高效性;同时文章研究了硬度对整个寿命过程的影响,发现硬度主要影响导轨副早期的磨损与压痕,对疲劳失效并没有明显影响。
The status and deficiency of the research on the life and the fatigue mechanism of roller liner guide was introduced and analyzed.An extreme-small-sample accelerated test method about the failure evolution of the roller liner guide based on segmented-section step-stress experimental principle in the life cycle was formulated and carried out.The failure phenomenon during the whole test cycle,the noise in the process of rolling contact fatigue failure,the surface morphology and the evolution of residual stress were recorded and analyzed.The feasibility and effectiveness of this test method was verified.And the influence of hardness on the whole process of life was studied.Hardness has a great effect on the early wear and creasing,but no obvious impact on fatigue failure.
