云服务的机床供应链全生命周期协同模型研究

Research on Life Cycle Collaborative Model of Machine Tool Supply Chain Based on Cloud Service

为加强机床全生命周期管控,加快其供应链建设,调动上下游的积极性,降低整机生产价格,使产品从设计、制造、使用到拆分降解循环,从全生命周期的角度使得产品设计更加完善和合理。文章从评价指标体系、配置评价模型、评价数学模型和环境影响方面对全生命周期机床供应链的评价方法进行研究,提出全生命周期的机床云平台设计,建立全生命周期机床云服务体系架构,并对其进行了评价体系构建,为云技术应用于传统机床业提供了新思路。

In order to strengthen the control of the whole life cycle of machine tool speeding up the construction of the supply chain,mobilize the enthusiasm of it,reduce the production price of the complete machine and make the product degrade and circulate from design,manufacture and use to splitting,and also from life-cycle perspective to make the product design more perfect and reasonable.This paper studies the evaluation method of the whole lifecycle machine tool supply chain from perspectives of evaluation of index system,the configuration of evaluation model,the evaluation of mathematical model and the environmental impact.It puts forward the design of the whole life cycle machine tool cloud platform,and establishes the whole lifecycle machine tool cloud service architecture.It also carries on the evaluation system construction,applying the new method for cloud technology application onto the traditional machine tool industry.
