中国台湾地区与越南经贸关系的进展、动因及限度

The Progress,Motivation and Limitation of Economic and Trade Relations between Taiwan Region of China and Vietnam

越南是中国台湾地区重要的贸易与投资合作伙伴,双方经贸合作始于20世纪90年代。经过多年发展,双边贸易规模不断扩大,投资合作呈现出中国台湾对越投资为主的特征,旅游、劳务、金融等具体领域合作成效显著。越南良好的政治、经济发展环境对台商的投资吸引力不断增强,但越南劳工成本、土地成本的上升及罢工事件、环保意识增强等也成为深化两地经贸合作的制约因素。中越关系的发展也是越南在发展对台经贸关系时的重要考量,未来中国台湾地区与越南的经贸关系将保持稳定的发展并有望继续深化。

Vietnam is an important trade and investment partner in Taiwan region.The economic and trade cooperation between the two sides began in the 1990 s.After years of development,the scale of bilateral trade is expanding.Tourism,labor and fi nance cooperation have achieved remarkable results.Vietnam＇s favorable political and economic development environment attract businessmen of Taiwan region increasingly,but Vietnam＇s labor costs,land costs,strikes and environmental awareness have also become constraints to deepen bilateral economic cooperation.The development of Sino-Vietnam relation is also an important consideration for Vietnam in developing economic and trade relations with Taiwan region.The future economic and trade relations between them will maintain stable development and are expected to continue to deepen.
