摘要
学校是一种学习型组织,教育教学和各项管理任务多以团队形式完成,团队的有效沟通协作能力、高效执行力的培养与提升等,对于学校德育工作的顺利开展具有非常重要的作用和意义。NLP技术的应用能够较好地提高教师的沟通能力和团队执行力,培养儒雅教师德育团队,提高教师的德育工作能力和素养,进而在形成共同价值观的基础上发展文雅学生,培养和雅家长,践行优雅德育,实现全员德育、全学科育人和全过程育人。
School is a learning organization in which teaching, education and administration should be achieved mainly in the form of teams. Therefore, such elements as effective cooperation between members and cultivation and promotion of effcient executive ability are important for the smooth implementation of school moral education. Application of NLP technology can better improve teachers’ communication ability and team executive ability, cultivate refined teaching teams, and improve their ability and accomplishments of moral education. Furthermore, on the basis of forming the shared values, we can develop cultured students, foster harmonious parents and implement elegant moral education, so that we can realize moral education on all members and all-discipline and all-process education of morality.
