摘要
在"后课改时代",教师教学行为的常态化下隐藏着经验主义、学科中心主义、个人主义和技术主义等常见问题。要解决这些问题,可以通过引导教师进行课程分析,并生成自己的教学行为改进策略来达成。
In the post-era of curriculum reform, some common problems are concealed in teachers’teaching behaviors such as experientialism, discipline-centeredness, individualism and technicalism. To solve the above problems needs to guide teachers to make curriculum analysis and to produce their own strategies for improvement on their teaching behaviors.
