研制初中学生美术学习评价标准,有利于引领和促进初中美术教学活动的科学化和规范化,进而更好地培养具有人文精神、创新能力、审美品位和美术素养的现代公民。标准的研制必须以初中美术课程标准、初中美术现行教材、初中学生身心特点为依据,必须坚持整体性、协调性、客观性、生长性、适切性原则,可从初中学生美术学习的过程与结果两方面,在"造型·表现""设计·应用""欣赏·评述""综合·探索"等四个学习领域建构初中学生美术学习评价标准的基本框架。

Formulating the art learning assessment standard for junior middle school students is conducive to guiding and promoting the scientificity and normalization of art education, further cultivating modern citizens with humanity, creativity and aesthetic accomplishments. The formulating of such standard must rely on curriculum criteria, current teaching materials and students’ physical and mental features, stick to the principles of wholeness, coordination, objectivity, growth and appropriateness, and follow the frameworks of “modeling and performing”, “designing and applying”, “appreciating and reviewing”, and “synthesizing and exploring”.
