摘要
目前,我国教育智库建设研究主要借鉴发达国家教育智库成功经验,促进国内教育研究机构向教育智库转型。目前研究关注教育智库对政府关于规划、标准等教育决策影响的职能,以理论研究为主,看好教育智库的发展前景,却未正确认识其本身的局限性。面向现实需要,教育智库建设研究应着眼系统变革,提升教育智库独特价值;立足本土特色,构建符合现实需要的理论;完善方法,开拓研究多元路径;科学评价,合理评估教育智库的作用与局限。
Currently, China’s construction of education think tank mainly refers to the successfuexperience from some advanced countries to promote the conversion of educational research bodies intothink tanks. The current research focuses on the functions of think tanks about educational policies based ontheoretical research, believing the bright future of think tank development while ignoring the limitation ofitself. Facing the realistic needs, such research should keep an eye on systematic reforms and express its uniquevalues. Meanwhile, it should be rooted in local characteristics to construct practical theories. Besides, weshould perfect the methods and expand diversified paths for such research. Finally, we should also evaluate theroles and limitations of education think tanks scientifically and properly.
