新见《水石缘》光绪抄评本考述

《水石缘》是一本成书于乾隆年间的才子佳人小说,国家图书馆收藏有一部光绪二十二年郑朗峰抄评本。此书刻本种类繁多,且均无评语,因此,光绪二十二年郑朗峰抄评本可以为研究晚清小说评点提供一个例证。通过郑朗峰的序言和书中评语,可以得知郑朗峰为苏州人,生于咸丰十一年。更为重要的是该版本与经纶堂版本相比,校字精良,细节更为得当。尽管书中评点有前后抵牾之处,但也不乏一些幽默活泼的地方。

The Affinity of Water and Stone is a novel written in the Qianlong period of talented scholars andbeauties.The National Library has a copy of Zheng Langfeng of the 22nd year of Guangxu. This novel has a widevariety of versions, but neither has annotations. Therefore, this version can provide an example for the study of thenovels of late Qing dynasty. Through the preface and the annotations of Zheng Langfeng, it can be found that ZhengLangfeng is known as a Suzhou man, and he was born in the eleventh year of Xianfeng. What is more important is thatthis version is more sophisticated and detailed than that of Jinglun Tang. Although there are some contradictoryannotations in the novel, it is full of humorous and lively points.
