深化产教融合须破解校热企冷

On Deepening the Integration of Production and Education by Cracking the Problem of Hot School and Cold Enterprise

深化产教融合是职业教育发展的新路标、顶层设计的新突破、国家层面的新战略。深化产教融合须破解校热企冷,这就要求客观审视、正确归因校热企冷的原由,明了企业并非真冷,政府的言热行冷、始热终冷,学校的表热里冷、虚热实冷以及社会的内热外冷,才是"企冷"的真正原因。要想破解"企冷"的问题,需要政府真热、学校实热、社会外热。

The deepening of the integration of production and education is the new road sign for the development of vocational education,the new breakthrough in top design and the new strategy at the national level. The problem of Hot School and Cold Enterprise should be cracked to deepen the integration,which requires an objective examination and correct attribution of the problem to the reasons,understanding that the enterprise is not really cold. The true cause of Cold Enterprise is the government＇s hot words and cold behavior,hot beginning and cold end,the school＇s hot appearance and cold heart,virtual hot and real cold,and the society＇s hot inside and cold outside. To crack the problem of Cold Enterprise,the government needs to be really hot,schools to be practical hot,the society to be outside hot.
