协调发展理念视域下农村教育发展面临的困境及破解策略

The Dilemmas Faced with Rural Education in the Perspcetive of the Principle of Harmonious Development and Countermeasures

党的十九大明确指出要高度重视农村义务教育,推进教育公平。以协调发展理念为指导,促进农村教育发展,是促进教育公平、均衡教育资源、提升教育质量的必然举措。针对现今我国农村教育中存在的政府投资力度相对较少、教师结构不合理、设备设施不完善、教学模式单一等问题,亟需在协调发展理念的指导下,加大政府投资力度,合理配置教师资源,完善设备设施,发展立体教学模式,进而提升农村教育协调发展水平。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that we should attach great importance to rural compulsory education and promote education to be fair. Guided by the idea of coordinated development,it is inevitable measures to promote education fair,and to balance educational resources and enhance the quality of education for the development of rural education. In light of the problems for example the relatively few government investment on rural education in our country,the irrational structure of teachers,the imperfect equipment and facilities and the single teaching mode,it is urgent to increase the government investment and allocate teachers reasonably under the guidance of the idea of coordinated development,and to improve equipment and facilities,the development of three-dimensional teaching mode. Thereby enhancing the level of rural education is to develop coordinatedly.
