夏热冬冷地区图书馆建筑外围护结构改造策略分析

摘要 利用eQUEST建筑能耗模拟软件对比分析了不同外围护结构改造方案对夏热冬冷地区某图书馆建筑能耗的影响。结果表明:外窗对建筑能耗的影响最大,外墙次之,屋面对建筑能耗几乎没有影响。对于夏热冬冷地区而言,应选择低传热系数和低遮阳系数的窗体材料。当选用遮阳型Low-E双层中空玻璃时,建筑总能耗和空调制冷制热能耗节能率分别可达7.64%和14.77%。制热负荷会随外墙保温性能的提高而降低,但制冷消耗可能会增加。在现有多孔烧结砖基础上添加20 mm厚膨胀聚苯乙烯外保温层,可使建筑总能耗和空调制冷制热能耗节能率在窗体改造基础上分别继续提高1.45%和5.58%。该研究为夏热冬冷地区图书馆类建筑节能改造起到了一定的参考作用。 Using eQUEST software,the energy consumption for different exterior envelopes of a library building in Huangshi was simulated. The results showed the window had the greatest influence on the energy consumption of building,followed by exterior wall. While the roof had little influence on the energy consumption of the building,but it will affect the comfortablility of the top floor. Specifically for the hot summer and cold winter zone,the window material with low heat transfer coefficient and low shading coefficient should be selected.The energy-saving rate of total building energy consumption and energy consumption of air conditioning refrigeration and heating can reach 7. 64% and 14. 77% respectively,when sun-shielding low-e insulating glass was selected. The heating load will decrease but refrigeration consumption may increase with the increase of exterior wall thermal insulation performance. If 20 mm-thick expanding polystyrene layer is added to the fired perforated brick,the energy-saving rate of the general energy consumption of the building and air conditioning refrigeration and heating can be improved 1. 45% and 5. 58% respectively based on the window reconstruction. This simulation results provided a reference for the energy conservation of a library building in hot summer and cold winter zone.
