钢结构人行悬索桥运营现状一般评定研究

摘要 在钢铁行业去产能与公路建设升级的背景下,钢结构在我国桥梁建设中获得了越来越多的关注和推广应用。钢结构具有强度高、施工方便、预制程度高等优点,人行钢悬索桥能较好地解决跨度大和投资少的问题。自然环境侵蚀和各类荷载作用导致桥梁在运营中出现病害与损伤,给桥梁结构带来了安全隐患。受制于管养资金投入少和评定规范尚不健全,运营中的人行钢悬索桥需要进行病害检测与状况评定。文章以在役钢结构人行悬索桥为对象,通过检测桥梁现状病害和参考公路大跨悬索桥评定流程,建立了一般评定方法。结果表明,该桥整体技术状况为3类,但主梁与索夹为4类部件。鉴于该桥部分构件有明显锈蚀或变形,建议今后加强桥梁维修处治和防锈处理,并重新评价桥梁的现状承载能力。 Against the background of production capacity removal in steel industry and upgrading in highway construction,steel structures have earned more and more attention and have been put into application in bridge construction of China. With steel structures ' advantages of high strength,easy construction and high prefabricated level,the problem of large span but less investment can be solved when steel suspension footbridges are applied. During the bridge operation,disease and damage are potentially dangerous to bridge security when suffering natural environment erosion and various load action,but limited in less investment in maintenance and lack of evaluation standards,steel structure suspension footbridges need more inspection and assessment. Giving an example of such footbridge,operation status inspection and general evaluation are carried out,referring to the principle of evaluation in large highway suspension bridges. The results show that the bridge is in structural technical status of level three with components of level four in main beam and cable clamp,in view of obvious rust and deformation in some members,so maintenance and antirust should be strengthened,and load-bearing capacity evaluation are needed in further bridge management.
