基于Q值的公共车位分配的合理性分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着私家车保有量的增加,"停车难"问题已给人们的生活带来了诸多不便,因而公共车位与私家车位的个数配置越来越受到小区物业和城管部门的重视。通常情况下,按比例分配公共车位存在一定的不合理性。为了有效降低这种不合理性程度,文章引用Q值检验法,首先将抽象和模糊的车位分配不合理程度具体化和数量化;然后通过比较车位增加前后2种不合理值的差异,得出合理的分配方案,即增加的1个车位应给Qi值较大的一区。给公共车位分配提出了一个相对合理的解决办法,以期为小区物业或城管部门进行公共车位配置时提供有益的参考。 With the increase in the number of private cars,the parking problem has brought a lot of inconvenience to people's lives,and the number configuration of public spaces and private parking space has earned the attentions of the community property management companies and urban management departments. In normal circumstance,there is irrationality existing in the distribution of the public parking space. With the Q value model test method,the abstract and fuzzy unreasonable degree in car parking space allocation is specified and quantified,and then the two unreasonable degree values before and after the increase in parking space number are compared,thus the reasonable distribution program is obtained,that is the added one parking space should be given to the part with larger Q value,which provides a relatively reasonable solution for the public parking space distribution,hoping to provide helpful reference for the residential property management companies and urban management departments to distribute the public parking spaces.
