摘要
介绍了中天合创煤化工硫磺回收装置的工艺流程、开车和运行情况,探讨了开车和运行过程中出现的问题,提出了相应的对策。阐述了通过投用纯氧、提高胺液浓度、提高原料气质量、提高加氢反应器温度等工艺调整的方法实现装置平稳运行,最终实现排放尾气ρ(SO_2)控制在100~200 mg/m^3,ρ(H_2S)≤10mg/L,ρ(NO_x)≤150mg/m^3。
The process flow,start-up and operating conditions of ZHTC sulphur recovery unit were introduced in this article.The problems during the process of start-up and running were discussed and the correspording countermeasures were proposed.The measures of using pure oxygen,increasing concentration of amine,improving quality of feed gas and increasing hydrogenation reactor temperature were took in order to achieve a smooth operation of the device.As a result,the proportion of SO2 in the emission gas was between 100 mg/m^3 and 200 mg/m^3,the proportion of H2S was less than 10mg/L and NOxless than 150 mg/m^3.
