800kt/a硫磺制酸装置仪表失真原因分析及对策

摘要 介绍了800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置生产过程中出现的一次仪表失真故障。故障原因是热电耦自由端异常导致仪表显示数据失真。操作人员在未查出故障真实原因的情况下,人为干预系统温度,盲目调整生产工艺指标,造成了排放尾气SO_2超标、系统停车检修。为避免该类情况发生,应提高对仪表故障的准确判断、加强仪表的检查维护,切忌盲目调整工艺参数。 An instrument distortion fault occurred in the production process of 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant was described.The cause of the fault was an abnormality in the free end of the thermocouple which led to the distortion of the display data of the instrument.The human operator intervened in the system temperature without finding out the real cause of the fault.It caused excessive SO2 emission and shutdown of the plant.In order to avoid this kind of maloperation,the inspection and maintenance of the instrument must be strengthened,and the parameters of the process must not be adjusted blindly.
