摘要
介绍了基于电化学原理的硫酸转化率分析仪的工作原理,结构特点及技术指标。该分析仪通过采用三组电化学SO_2传感器,对硫酸生产装置转化工序进出口SO_2气体浓度的分时采样检测,最终测量计算出转化率。现场试验表明,该分析仪所测量的SO_2转化率与通过现场仪表所测量计算出的转化率绝对误差最大为0.05,满足系统测量要求。
The working principle,structural characteristics and technical specifications of thesulphuric acid conversion analyzer based on electrochemical principle were introduced.The analyzer with three groups of electrochemical SO2 sensors was able to detect the SO2 concentration in the off-gas of the sulphuric acid production plant,and finally the conversion could be calculated.Field tests showed that the maximum absolute error of SO2 conversion between the analyzer and field instrument was 0. 05,which met the measuring requirement of system measurement.
