摘要
提供一种蒸压自保温砌块及其制备方法,涉及建筑材料技术领域。研究包括以下原料:建筑垃圾、电石渣、粉煤灰、轻质陶粒、转晶剂、石粉、矿渣,制得的蒸压自保温砌块产品具有密度小、抗压强度高、导热系数低等优良性能;涉及的原材料来源广泛,建筑垃圾等固体废弃物可循环利用,降低了固体废弃物堆积造成的土地占有和环境污染,环保节能。
The article provides a kind of autoclaved insulation block and its preparation method, which relates tothe field of building materials technology. The study contains following materials： construction waste, carbide slag,fly ash, light ceramsite, crystallizer, stone powder and slag. The products of autoclaved insulation block have the ad-vantages of small density, high compressive strength, and low thermal conductivity and so on. Waste can be recy-cled, reducing the land occupation and environmental pollution caused by solid waste accumulation, environmentalprotection and energy saving.
