摘要 蒸压加气混凝土板继承了蒸压加气混凝土产品轻质、保温、环保等优点,同时借着装配式建筑的东风蓬勃发展起来,迅速得到市场认可。但是近两年的跟踪测试和研究发现,蒸压加气混凝土板的结构性能检测结果还不是令人十分满意两年来测试数据的总结显示:钢筋尺寸和布筋设置是影响当前蒸压加气混凝土板结构性能的主要因素,研究小组建议加气板材生产企业在钢筋选型、布筋图设计和结构力学核算等方面创新开发,切实提高产品质量,激发产品活力。 Autoclaved aerated concrete panels inherited the advantages of autoclaved aerated concrete products,such as lightweight, insulation, environmental protection, at the same time, because the prefabricated buildings be-come a hot spot in the building industry, autoclaved aerated concrete panels are accepted by the market rapidly.However, in the past two years of follow-up testing and research, it has been found that the structural performancetest results of autoclaved aerated concrete panels are not very satisfactory. The test data shows that: rebar size andrib setting are the main factors affecting the structural performance of autoclaved aerated concrete panels. The re-search team recommends that the aerated panel production enterprises should innovate in the development of steelbar selection, layout design and structural mechanics calculation, and effectively improve product quality.
