2种微生态制剂对南美白对虾育苗的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为了探究芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌在南美白对虾育苗生产中的应用效果,在南美白对虾育苗期间,定期向育苗水体添加不同剂量的芽孢杆菌制剂(活菌量为1.2×109cfu/g)和乳酸菌制剂(活菌量为1.0×108cfu/g)。试验设对照(C)组、添加不同剂量芽孢杆菌制剂处理(Y1、Y2、Y3)组和添加不同剂量乳酸菌制剂处理(R1、R2、R3)组等7个组,每隔5 d分别向育苗水体添加芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌,Y1、Y2和Y3组水体芽孢杆菌制剂分别达到10 g/m3、15 g/m3和20 g/m3,R1、R2和R3组水体乳酸菌制剂分别达到20 g/m3、25 g/m3和30 g/m3,C组不添加微生态制剂,测定不同微生态制剂对南美白对虾虾苗生长性能及抗逆性能的影响。结果显示:Y3组的虾苗体质量最大,较C组显著提高27.18%,R3组次之;R3组虾苗的出苗率最高,较C组显著提高34.86%;R3组虾苗在淡水中60 min的存活率和温度突变5℃条件下的平均存活率均较高,较C组分别显著提高14.88%和10.38%。综上,南美白对虾育苗期间,在育苗水体内适当添加微生态制剂,有利于提高虾苗的生长性能和抗逆性,以添加30 g/m3乳酸菌效果较好。 To explore the effects of adding microecological preparation on the growth and stress resistance of Litopenaeus vannamei larvae,different amount of bacillus and lactobacillus were added regularly to the breeding tanks during the breeding of L.vannamei.Seven groups including control group C,experiment groups Y1,Y2 and Y3 with different amount of bacillus,and R1,R2 and R3 with different amount of lactobacillus were set up and microecological preparation was added every 5 days.Amount of bacillus in Y1,Y2,Y3 was 10 g/m^3,15 g/m^3,20 g/m^3 respectively and amount of lactobacillus in R1,R2,R3 was 20 g/m^3,25 g/m^3,30 g/m^3 respectively,and 0 g/m^3 microecological preparation was added to group C.The results showed that the body weight was the biggest in group Y3,which was 27.18% higher than that in the group C,and the second was in R3.The survival rate of L.vannamei larvae in R3 was the biggest,which was 34.86% higher than that in the group C.The adding of microecological preparation could also improve the stress resistance of L.vannamei larvae,and the survival rates of L.vannamei larvae in the test group R3 were significantly higher than that in group C by 14.88% and 10.38%,respectively,in the condition of fresh water for 60 min and water temperature changing 5 ℃ in a sudden.The results demonstrate that the microecological preparation can enhance the growth and improve the stress resistance of L.vannamei lavrae and the adding 30 g/m^3 of lactobacillus could achieve the best breeding effect.
