慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清IL-6、PCT水平对其预后的预测价值

Prognostic Value of Serum IL-6 and PCT Levels in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者血清白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平对其预后的预测价值。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年6月某院收治179例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,检测其入院时血清IL-6、PCT水平,并跟踪其预后情况。结果:高水平IL-6组康复率显著低于低水平IL-6组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高水平PCT组康复率显著低于低水平PCT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高水平IL-6组康复时间显著长于低水平IL-6组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高水平PCT组康复时间显著长于低水平PCT组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:血清IL-6与PCT可以作为AECOPD患者预后情况的预测指标之一,以指导临床诊治。 Objective:To discuss the IL-6 and PCT levels in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their predictive value of prognosis.Methods:179 patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in a hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected.The serum levels of IL-6 and PCT were detected and the prognosis was followed.Results:The rehabilitation rate of high level IL-6 group was significantly lower than that of low level IL-6 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The rehabilitation rate of high level PCT group was significantly lower than that of low level PCT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The rehabilitation time of high level IL-6 group was significantly longer than that of low level IL-6 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The rehabilitation time of high level PCT group was significantly longer than that of low level PCT group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Serum IL-6 and PCT can be used as one of the predictors of the prognosis of AECOPD patients to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
