慢性肾衰患者虚兼湿浊证的口唇特征研究

A study on the Characteristics of Mouth and Lip in Chronic Renal Failure Patients with Deficiency and Dampness Turbid Syndrome

目的:观察与研究慢性肾衰患者虚兼湿浊证的口唇特征。方法:应用中医舌、面诊检测仪采集慢性肾衰患者的口唇色彩信息,分析并比较慢性肾衰患者虚兼湿浊证与其余各组口唇客观化参数的差异。结果:(1)口唇颜色分布:慢性肾衰不同证型组均以口唇淡白、深红或紫为多见,无显著差异;(2)口唇参数:慢性肾衰患者虚兼湿浊证与正常组比较,唇色H、I值明显降低(P<0.05);唇色S值明显升高(P<0.05)。与纯虚证组比较,唇色S值明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰患者虚兼湿浊证与正常组及其他分组患者的口唇特征具有某些差异性,为中医临床辨证提供了一定的客观依据。

Objective：To observe and study thecharacteristics of mouth and lip in chronic renal failure patients with deficiency and dampness turbid syndrome.Methods：The lip color information of the patients with chronic renal failure was collected by using the tongue and face diagnosis instrument,and the difference between the deficiency and dampness syndrome of patients with chronic renal failure and the objective parameters of the lips of the rest groups was compared and analyzed.Results：（1）Lips color distribution：The lips of chronic renal failure patients with different syndromes were all pale white,dark red or purple,and there was no significant difference.（2）Lip parameters：Compared with the normal group,the lip color H,I value in chronic renal failure patients with deficiency and dampness decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,and the S value of lip color increased significantly（P〈0.05）.Compared with pure deficiency syndrome group,the S value of lip color was significantly lower than that of pure deficiency syndrome group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：There are some differences between the deficiency and dampness syndrome of chronic renal failure patients and the normal group and other groups of patients,which provides a certain objective basis for TCM clinical differentiation.
