探讨妈富隆联合妇康片治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果

Effect of Marvelon Combined with Norlutin Tablets on Functional Uterine Bleeding in Perimenopausal Period

目的:对妈富隆联合妇康片治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果进行研究与探讨。方法:抽取某院2014年1月~2016年12月期间治疗的120例围绝经期子宫出血患者,随机对患者进行平均分组,观察组患者接受妈富隆联合妇康片治疗,对照组患者妇康片进行治疗,并对两组患者治疗后的总有效率和止血效果进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组患者的81.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者止血效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗前观察组患者与对照组患者子宫内膜厚度差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后观察组患者子宫内膜厚度显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妈富隆联合妇康片在治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血中效果显著,能有效改善患者症状、降低不良反应发生率。

Objective：To study the effect of marvelon combined with norlutin tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods：120 cases of perimenopausal uterine bleeding patients treated in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group received the treatment of marvelon combined with norlutin tablets,and patients in the control group were treated with norlutin tablets,then the total effective rate and hemostatic effect after treatment in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The total effective rate of observation group（95.00%）was significantly higher than that of control group（81.67%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The hemostatic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the observation group and the control group before treatment（P〉0.05）,but the endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Marvelon combined with norlutin tablets is effective in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period,which can improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
