摘要
目的:探究左西孟旦治疗老年缺血性心肌病所致急性失代偿性心力衰竭的效果。方法:将某院2016年1月~2017年1月老年缺血性心肌病所致急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者100例根据方法不同分对照组、研究组各50例。对照组采用基础治疗方法,研究组在对照组基础上辅以左西孟旦治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、心衰纠正时间、心电图恢复正常时间、副作用发生率、治疗前后心功能。结果:研究组患者临床治疗效果比对照组高,P<0.05;研究组心衰纠正时间、心电图恢复正常时间比对照组短,P<0.05;两组均无严重副作用,P>0.05。两组治疗前心功能无显著差异,P>0.05;研究组治疗后心功能指标优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:左西孟旦治疗老年缺血性心肌病所致急性失代偿性心力衰竭效果确切,可有效改善患者病情,纠正心衰,改善心电图和心功能,对患者预后有益,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of levosimendan in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy in 100 cases of elderly patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute decompensated heart failure caused by ischemic cardiomyopathy treated in a hospital from January2016 to January 2017 were divided into study group and control group according to different methods.The control group adopted the basic treatment method,and the study group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of the control group,then the clinical treatment effect,the time of heart failure correction,the time of ECG recovery,the incidence of side effects,and the cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effect of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The time of heart failure correction and electrocardiogram recovery in study group were shorter than those in control group(P〈0.05).There were no serious side effects in both groups(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05),and the cardiac function in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute decompensated heart failure caused by senile ischemic cardiomyopathy by levosimendan is effective in improving the condition of patients,correcting heart failure,improving electrocardiogram and heart function,is beneficial to the prognosis of the patients,and is worthy of promotion.
