固肾安胎丸对子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者卵巢功能及子宫内膜容受性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察固肾安胎丸对子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者卵巢功能及子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:将50例子宫内膜薄性不孕症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用固肾安胎丸治疗。观察并检测卵泡成熟时子宫内膜厚度和类型,检测排卵前血清雌二醇(E2)与排卵后1~2d血清孕酮(P)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组较对照组卵泡成熟时子宫内膜厚度明显增大(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组排卵前血清E2明显升高(P<0.05),排卵后1~2d血清P亦明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:固肾安胎丸治疗子宫内膜薄性不孕症,可明显改善患者卵巢功能及子宫内膜容受性。 Objective:To observe the effect of Gushen Antai Pills on ovarian function and endometrial receptivity in patients with endometrial thinness infertility.Methods:A total of 50 cases of patients with endometrial thinness infertility were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group were treated with estradiol valerate.On the basis,the observation group were treated with Gushen Antai pills.The thickness and type of endometrium during follicular maturation were observed and the serum estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels were measured before ovulation and 1~2 days after ovulation.Results:After treatment,the thickness of endometrium in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group when the follicle was mature(P〈0.05).After treatment,the serum E2 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group before ovulation(P〈0.05),and the serum P in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 1~2 days after ovulation(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application of Gushen Antai Pills in the treatment of patients with endometrial thinness infertility can significantly improve the ovarian function and endometrial receptivity.
