温馨助产护理干预对初产妇分娩结局及产后出血的影响分析

Effect of Warm Midwifery Nursing Intervention on Delivery Outcome and Postpartum Hemorrhage of Primipara

目的:探究温馨助产护理干预对初产妇分娩结局及产后出血的影响。方法:回顾性选取2016年1月~2016年12月期间某院接收治120例产妇,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规的助产护理,而观察组采用温馨助产护理,对比产妇产后出血及产后舒适度等情况。结果:对照组的产后出血情况及产后舒适度均不如观察组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组产妇护理干预后焦虑和抑郁评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温馨助产护理可以提高妊娠期初产妇的自然分娩率,减少产后出血量,改善产妇的护理满意度,可以在临床上推广,是一种温馨有效的助产方法。

Objective：To explore the influence of warm nursing intervention on the delivery outcome and postpartum hemorrhage of primipara.Methods：120 pregnant women treated in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine midwifery care,while the observation group received warm midwifery care,then the postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum comfort were compared.Results：The postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum comfort in the control group were not as good as those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant.The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing intervention in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Warm midwifery nursing can improve the rate of natural delivery,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,improve the nursing satisfaction of the parturient,which can be popularized in clinic,and is a kind of warm and effective delivery method.
