中西医护理在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨中西医护理在糖尿病肾病护理中的应用效果。方法:抽取120例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组。两组均给予常规护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上给予系统性的中医护理,对比两组效果。结果:经过系统性的中西医护理干预后,实验组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组的舒张压、收缩压、血糖等指标均低于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:提供系统性的中西医护理,可以有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的相关指标,提高治疗效果和生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in diabetic nephropathy.Methods：120 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and the two groups were given targeted treatment.The two groups were given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given systematic nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine.The effect in the two groups was were compared.Results：After systematic nursing intervention,the SAS,SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,blood glucose and other indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The systematic nursing of TCM and western medicine can effectively improve the related indexes of diabetic nephropathy patients and improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life.
