中医护理方法对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛的效果观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Method on Postoperative Pain of Patients with Fracture of Lower Extremity

目的:观察下肢骨折患者应用中医护理方法对术后疼痛的影响效果。方法:选取78例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组(36例,常规护理)、B组(42例,常规护理+中医护理),观察两组患者的护理效果。结果:B组患者护理后的睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分均低于A组,A组、B组患者护理满意度结果分别为80.56%、95.24%,A组、B组患者并发症发生率分别为16.67%、2.38%,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:下肢骨折患者实施中医护理,对改善患者的疼痛症状效果明显,提高了患者的睡眠质量,患者的满意度明显提升。

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postoperative pain in patients with with fracture of lower extremity.Methods：78 patients with with fracture of lower extremity were randomly divided into group A（36 cases,routine nursing）and group B（42 cases,conventional nursing＋traditional Chinese medicine nursing）,then the nursing effect of two groups was observed.Results：The scores of sleep quality and pain after nursing in group B were lower than those in group A.The results of nursing satisfaction in group A and group B was 80.56 % and 95.24 %respectively.The incidence of complications in group A and group B was 16.67% and 2.38%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）nursing care for patients with lower extremity fracture can improve patients＇ pain symptoms,improve patients＇ sleep quality,and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
