针对智能化技术对陆战场指挥与控制带来的机遇和挑战,围绕建立信息优势、认知优势、决策优势和行动优势等的关键技术需求,提出了陆战场指挥与控制智能化技术体系,重点分析了陆战场网络通信智能化、态势感知智能化、决策筹划智能化以及行动控制智能化等领域的核心技术,为全面开展陆战场指挥与控制智能化技术研究提供总体规划和指导。

Aiming at chance and challenge bring by intelligent technology,land battlefield command and control intelligent technical system is proposed which surrounding key technical requirements to establish advantages of information,cognition,decision and action,analyzed core technologies in the fields of intelligent network communication,intelligent situation cognition,intelligent decision-making and intelligent action control with emphasis. The paper will provide overall plan and guidance for research on land battlefield command and control intelligent technology.
