Military and Civilian Integration Equipment Maintenance Support Task Distinction Based on Cost-efficiency Ratio

摘要 针对军民融合装备维修保障任务区分问题,在分析任务区分影响因素的基础上,通过分别建立承制方和部队建制力量的费用、效能模型,进而建立在不同维修策略下的费效比模型,最终通过比较单位时间费效比函数来区分军民融合装备维修保障任务。结果表明,该方法科学有效,可为军民融合装备维修保障任务区分提供一定参考。 Aiming at the problem of the division of maintenance and repair tasks between military and civilian integration equipment,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the task differentiation,this paper builds the cost-effectiveness model under different maintenance strategies by establishing the costs and availability models of contractors and units' Finally by comparing the unit time cost-effectiveness ratio to distinguish between military and civilian integration equipment maintenance and support tasks. The results show the method is scientific and effective and it can provide some reference for the task of military maintenance and civil integration equipment maintenance support.
