摘要
目的研究综合护理干预在胃肠息肉术后患者中的应用价值。方法选择本院收治的胃肠息肉患者46例,随机分为两组,各23例,其中对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采取综合护理措施进行护理干预,观察两组患者的心理症状评分以及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的心理症状评分优于对照组,出现并发症的情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于胃肠息肉术后的患者,采取综合护理干预,可以帮助患者减少并发症的出现,消除不良的心理症状。
Objective To study the application value of comprehensive nursing in postoperative gastrointes-tinal polyps. Methods Forty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n=23） （received routine nursing） and the observation group （n=23） （received comprehensive nursing care）. The psychological symptom score and complications were observed. Results The psychological symptoms in the observation group were better than control group, and the complications were less than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with gastrointestinal polyps after operation can reduce complications and eliminate bad psychology.
