摘要
本文首次发现大和锉小蠹Scolytoplatypus mikado Blandford危害红花油茶Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu,明确了大和锉小蠹成虫形态特征及其雌虫贮菌器的显微结构,以及真菌孢子附着方式,为进一步研究其共生菌种类、虫菌共生机制提供了参考。
It was the first time we found that Scolytoplatypus mikado Blandford caused damage on Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu. The morphological characteristics of adults and microstructure of the mycangia on female,as well as the way of fungal spore attachment,were cleared. Our work would contribute to further study of its symbiotic fungi species and the insect-fungi symbiosis mechanism.
