摘要 目的观察院校妇产科教学中教师运用PBL教学法,学生相关知识掌握及满意度情况。方法将我院2016-2017级接收的4个班86名学生作为观察对象,以2016级10班、2017级15班学生为对照组,人数42名,采用传统教学,以2016级13班、2017级12班学生为观察组,人数44名,采用PBL教学法,比较不同教学模式学生在校期间妇产科相关理论知识及实际操作能力掌握情况,让学生对院校老师教学进行评分,评估学生对教学效果的满意度。结果观察组学生满意度高于对照组,同时实践操作、理论知识考核得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学法应用于妇产科教学中,教学效果理想、学生满意度高。 Objective To observe the application of PBL(problem-based learning) teaching and student's related knowledge mastery and teaching satisfaction. Methods 86 students studied from 2016 to 2017 in four classes were selected. The students of 2016 in Class 10 and students of 2017 in Class 15 were selected as control group(42 cases); the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode. The students of 2016 in Class 13 and students of 2017 in Class 12 were selected as observation group(44 cases). The mastery degree on the theory knowledge and actual operations, evaluation scores of teaching effect and student's satisfaction were compared. Results The student's satisfaction, examination scores of actual operation and theory knowledge in observation group were higher than control group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching can improve the teaching effect and student's satisfaction.
