微信平台联合PBL在神经系统查体教学中的应用研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的研究微信平台联合以问题为基础的教学方法(problembased learning,PBL)用于神经系统查体教学中的应用效果。方法选取徐州医科大学2015级临床医学专业两个班级的学生为教学对象,分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用微信平台联合PBL的方法授课,对照组采用传统教学方法授课,以客观评价(理论和操作考核)和主观评价(教学效果评价量表)对教学效果进行比较。结果实验组理论考试和操作考核成绩好于传统教学(P<0.01),同时实验组认可并乐于接受微信平台联合PBL教学方式。结论在神经系统查体教学中依托微信平台采用PBL教学,利于教学过程的顺利展开,能取得良好的教学效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of the We Chat interactive platform with problem-based learning(PBL) in Neurological Examination Teaching. Methods Two classes of students from clinical medicine of term 2015 in Xuzhou Medical University were chosen as teaching subjects. These students were divided into two groups: experiment group and the control group. We Chat interactive platform combined with PBL was used in experiment group while the traditional teaching was used in control group. After the course, examination scores and questionnaire were taken as evaluation criteria. Results The experiment group increased the scores significantly compared to control group, and the experimental group acknowledged and was willing to accept to the teaching of "We Chat Interactive Platform" combined with PBL in Neurological Examination Teaching. Conclusion The "We Chat Interactive Platform" combined with PBL in Neurological Examination Teaching is good for the teaching courses and had favorable teaching results.
