摘要
留学生教育是我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分,也是衡量高校教育水平的一个重要标志。《医学微生物学》是医学院校重要的基础核心课程,联系着基础与临床,在学生专业技能培养中具有十分重要的作用,其教学效果的好坏直接影响着留学生教学的整体效果。PBL(problem based learning)教学模式是适合留学生特点、能够切实有效提高教学效果的教学方法。而撰写高质量的案例是PBL教学成败的第一步。以往文献对留学生《医学微生物学》案例撰写的讨论甚少,本文结合案例"找不到原因的腹泻"就我校留学生《医学微生物学》PBL案例的格式、内容、撰写技巧,实际使用效果及学生反馈等问题进行讨论,期望为今后大面积实施留学生PBL教学提供参考。
Education of international students is an important part of high education in China, and is used to measure the educational level of universities. Medical microbiology is a basic core curriculum in medical school, and integrates preclinical and clinical medicine. Study of medical microbiology plays an important role in professional skills training. The teaching effect of medical microbiology impacts the overall effect of international education. Problem based learning is suitable for international students and can improve teaching effect practically. Appropriate cases are key factors to ensure the successful implementation of PBL. But few article focused on the writing skill of PBL cases. Combining with a case of ‘Diarrhea without reason', our PBL cases' format, content, writing skill, actual using effect and students' feedback was discussed to provide reference for overall implementation of PBL in the future.
