摘要
目的探讨微课在医学生物化学课教学中的应用效果。方法选择我校2016级临床医学专业本科生60名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例;对照组采用传统的教学模式,观察组在传统教学模式基础上采用微课教学;对两组学生对理论知识掌握程度和对授课形式的满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组学生平时考试成绩及期末考试成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对授课形式的满意度各项目的评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微课用于医学生物化学课教学可显著提高对理论知识掌握程度和对授课形式的满意度,值得在其他学科教学中推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of micro class in biochemistry teaching. Methods 60 clinical medical undergraduates in 2016 were selected and divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30). The control group was taken routine teaching and the observation group was taken micro class plus routine teaching. To evaluate the students understanding of the knowledge and satisfaction degree of teaching form in the two groups. Results In observation group, usually grades, final exam grades and satisfaction degrees of teaching were significant higher than control group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The application of micro class can improve the level of knowledge and satisfaction degree of teaching in biochemistry.
