摘要
我国住院医师规范化培训制度全面实施,各专业相关培训过程的评估和质量监控体系尚需在实践中进一步探索。通过专业导向案例教学法对非麻醉专业规培医师进行教学改革,让学员们结合各自所从事专业的典型病例,进行专业导向的麻醉前评估与准备、临床麻醉实践、多模式麻醉学理论教学与培训。通过对非麻醉专业规培医师的学习满意度、教学满意度及对麻醉学兴趣度问卷调查结果表明,学员们在麻醉科轮转期间学习到的理论知识、操作技能迅速转化到自己专业的实际临床应用;同时提高了对危重病的诊治水平。专业导向案例教学法在非麻醉学规培医师教学中值得进一步探索和推广。
With the standardized training system for resident physicians in our country fully implemented, the assessment and quality monitoring system for the relevant professional training processes still needs further exploration in practice. The teaching reform of non-anesthetic resident physicians will be carried out by professional-oriented case-based learning, which allows students to carry out professional-oriented pre-anesthesia assessment and preparation, clinical anesthesia practice, and multimodal anesthesiology theory teaching and training combined with the typical cases of the professional they are engaged. The questionnaire survey results of non-anesthetic professional physicians' learning satisfaction, teaching satisfaction and interest in anesthesiology showed that the students' theoretical knowledge and operational skills during the rotation of the anesthesiology department were quickly transformed into their own practical clinical applications; at the same time, the level of diagnosis and treatment of critical diseases was also improved. The professional-oriented case-based learning is worthy of further exploration and promotion in the training of non-anesthetist resident physicians.
