基于问题和案例的教学法在肿瘤内科医师培训中的应用

The Application of Cases and Problems Teaching Methods in the Training of Cancer Physicians

目的探讨基于问题和案例的教学法在肿瘤内科医师培训中的应用效果。方法选取40名进行肿瘤内科培训的医师作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组采用传统培训方法,观察组采用基于问题和案例的教学法,培训时间均为3周。比较两组的理论成绩、临床操作成绩以及培训满意度。结果观察组的理论考核成绩、临床实践考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对培训内容的实用性、培训方式的先进性、学习兴趣、组织协调能力、评判性思维能力的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于问题和案例的教学法能够提高肿瘤内科医师的培训质量,提高培训满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of cases and problems teaching methods in the training of cancer physicians. Methods40 physicians who trained in the oncology department were the subjects of the study and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（20 cases in each group）. The control group was adopted the traditional training method, the observation group was adopted the cases and problems teaching methods. The training time was 3 weeks. The two groups were compared of theoretical achievement, clinical operation performance and the satisfaction of training. Results The theoretical assessment and clinical practice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）. The satisfaction of training contents, advanced training methods, interest in learning, organizing and coordinating ability and critical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion The cases and problemsteaching methods can improve the quality and the satisfaction of the training of the physicians.
