摘要
目的探讨通过自主式学习对提高护士的理论知识水平与临床操作技能以满足临床护理需要的应用成效。方法根据护理部总体部署安排及科室患者病情的护理需要,采取护士长与总带教老师共同制订科室每月学习计划(必要时微调整),实施每日夜班护士准备,在等待静配补液的时间,当班护士晨间集中学习的培训模式。对比实施前后的护士理论知识和操作考核成绩和患者满意度调查结果。结果实施后,护士在护理部的理论与操作考试成绩较实施前均有明显提高,患者满意度也较实施前有大幅度提升,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自主式培训让全员护士以主人翁的方式参与科室的再学习,提升培训效果,提高临床护理质量。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of self-directed learning in improving nurses' theoretical knowledge and clinical operating skills to meet clinical nursing needs. Methods According to the overall deployment plan of the Nursing Department and the nursing needs of the patients in the department, the head nurse and the general tutor were required to work out a monthly study plan(fine adjustment if necessary), and the daily night nurses were prepared to wait for rehydration, On-job nurses focused on training in the morning. Compared nurses' theoretical knowledge before and after implementation with results of operation assessment and patient satisfaction survey. Results After the implementation, nurses' scores in both the theory and practice tests of the nursing department were significantly higher than before implementation, and patient satisfaction was also significantly higher than before the implementation, which was statistically significant(P﹤0.05). Conclusion Self-directed training allows all nurses to participate in the department's re-learning in a master-ownerly manner, improving training effectiveness and improving the quality of clinical care.
