腰硬联合麻醉中脑脊液回抽对麻醉平面的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析腰硬联合麻醉中脑脊液回抽流速对麻醉平面的影响。方法选取我院接受腰硬联合麻醉择期手术的80例患者,随机分为S1与S2组各40例。两组均采用腰硬联合麻醉,于蛛网膜下均给予布比卡因比重液10 mg,S1组脑脊液回抽流速0.10 ml/s,S2组0.05 ml/s,麻醉药均在15 s内推注完毕。分析两组不同回抽流速对麻醉平面和麻醉效果的影响。结果 S1组麻醉平面高于S2组,其麻醉效果优于S2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰硬联合麻醉中脑脊液回抽流速对麻醉平面和麻醉效果有重要的影响。 Objective To analyze the effect of the flow rate of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) on the anesthetic level in the combined spinal epidural anesthesia. Methods 80 patients undergoing elective surgery with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia were selected and divided into S1 group and S2 group(n=40). The two groups were treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia. All of them were given bupivacaine in the subarachnoid fluid, 10 mg group, S1 group, CSF fluid flow rate 0.10 ml/s, S2 group 0.05 ml/s, anesthetics were all injected in 15 s. The effects of different flow rate of two groups on anesthesia level and anesthetic effect were analyzed. Results The anesthetic level of S1 group was higher than that of S2 group, and the anesthetic effect was better than that of S2 group, and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion The flow rate of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in the combined spinal epidural anesthesia has an important effect on the anesthetic level and anesthetic effect.
