心衰方加减联合西药治疗难治性心力衰竭临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Refractory Heart Failure With Decoction of Heart Failure Combined With Western Medicine

目的分析难治性心力衰竭予以心衰方加减联合西药治疗的临床价值。方法此次研究抽取的难治性心力衰竭患者64例,其入院时间为2016年6月—2017年7月,分组依据患者治疗方法不同为基准。采用西医单独治疗的32例患者为参照组,采用心衰方加减联合西药治疗的32例患者为研究组,最后对两组患者的治疗效果进行判定。结果比对两组患者的治疗总有效率,研究组(96.9%)高于参照组(75.0%),组间数据经证实后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比对研究组和参照组患者的LVEF、血浆BNP浓度和心衰积分,组间数据经证实后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性心力衰竭予以心衰方加减联合西药治疗,不仅可以使其心衰症状得以改善,患者的生存质量也会提升,临床应用价值存在。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of heart failure decoction combined with Western medicine in refractory heart failure. MethodsSixty-four patients with refractory heart failure were enrolled in this study. Their admission time ranged from June 2016 to July 2017. The groups were based on the different treatment methods. Thirty-two patients treated with western medicine alone were taken as the control group, 32 patients treated with heart failure decoction combined with Western medicine were selected as the research group, and finally the treatment effect was evaluatedbetween two groups. Results The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group（96.9% vs 75.0%, P﹤0.05）. LVEF, plasma BNP concentration and heart failure scores between the research group and control group showed statistically significant differences（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of refractory heart failure with heart failure decoction combined with Western medicine can not only improve the symptoms of heart failure, but also improve the quality of life of the patients and have clinical value.
