儿童早期发展科学干预对婴幼儿生长发育的影响探讨

目的分析儿童早期发展科学干预对婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法选择来我院就诊的50例婴幼儿为研究对象,依照就诊顺序,分成2组,每组25例。对照组开展常规性护理,观察组的婴幼儿在常规性护理的基础上接受儿童早期发展科学干预护理。分析两组婴幼儿基础指标及智力水平评分情况。结果与对照组相比,接受儿童早期发展科学干预的观察组婴幼儿,基础指标及智力水平评分均明显较高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于接受儿童保健的新生儿,开展儿童早期发展科学干预方案,有助于婴幼儿的健康生长及发育,提高婴幼儿家属的护理满意度,促进婴幼儿疾病转归,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effects of early childhood development on the growth and development of infants. Methods 50 cases of infants and young children in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the order of medical treatment, 25 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the infants in the observation group accepted the early development of children＇s scientific intervention nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The basic index of two groups of infants and the score of intelligence level were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of basic indicators and intelligence level of infants in the observation group receiving early scientific intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion The scientific intervention program for the early development of children is helpful to the healthy growth and development of infants, improve the nursing satisfaction of the children＇s families and promote the prognosis of infant disease.
