四肢软组织缺损伴感染皮瓣修复联合VSD引流术术后护理

Postoperative Nursing of Soft Tissue Defect of Extremities With Infection Flap Repair Combined With VSD Drainage

目的探讨四肢软组织缺损伴感染皮瓣修复联合VSD引流术术后护理。方法本次研究对象共66例,所有研究对象均是本院手外科在2017年2—12月所收治的四肢软组织缺损伴感染患者,采用数字表分组法,将所选取的研究对象随机的分为两组,即研究组、对照组,每组人数各33例,对照组患者给予常规的皮瓣修复术,术后接受常规护理措施,研究组患者接受的治疗方法为皮瓣修复术联合VSD引流术,在术后接受优质护理,对比研究组、对照组患者对皮瓣的满意度和疼痛的减轻程度。结果两组患者在接受治疗与护理之后,在皮瓣的满意度和疼痛的减轻程度来看,研究组与对照组之间具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在四肢软组织缺损伴感染疾病的临床治疗工作中,皮瓣修复联合VSD引流术的应用效果十分显著,而给予患者优质护理则可以有效减轻患者术后的疼痛度。

Objective To explore the postoperative nursing of soft tissue defect of extremities with infection flap repair combined with VSD drainage. Methods The subjects in this study were 66 cases, all of the subjects were surgical department of our hospital from February to December 2017 in the soft tissue defect with infection in patients with the number table grouping method, the research object were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group, the number of each group in 33 cases. The control group received routine skin flap repair, and received routine nursing care after operation. The study group received the flap surgery combined with VSD drainage with high quality nursing care after operation. Satisfaction and pain on the skin between two groups were compared. Results After two groups of patients receiving treatment and nursing, there was a significant difference between the study group and the control group in the degree of skin grafts satisfaction and pain relief（P﹤0.05）. Conclusion The application of skin flap repair combined with VSD drainage is very effective in the clinical treatment of soft tissue defects and infection diseases of extremities, while giving high quality nursing to patients can effectively reduce postoperative pain.
